This modules displays the Latest News with News title,Intro text, Category Name. One can configure number of news items to display and whether to show/hide any of Intro text, Image, Category Name, Limit the introtext characters/words. This is an enhancement of existing Latest News module that comes with Joomla.
This extension is compatible with Joomla 2.5 as well as Joomla 3.0
